1. Who We Are

This Site and The Ripple Effect program are operated by Tyson Hill (“we,” “me,” or “I”). I am an independent distributor of Marketplace Global (“MPG”). The Ripple Effect is my own independent training and coaching system. This Site is not owned, operated, or endorsed by MPG, and the views and materials presented here are my own. MPG products and the MPG business opportunity are governed by MPG’s own terms, policies, and agreements, which are separate from these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Site and its offers are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and located in the United States. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Free Materials & Educational Content

The Site offers free educational materials, including a downloadable blueprint and video presentations (the “Materials”). The Materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult qualified professionals before making business, financial, or health decisions.

Applications are reviewed at my sole discretion, and a call may be offered to discuss whether the program is a fit. There is no charge to apply or to attend a call. Any decision to enroll in any paid program, or to purchase any product, is yours alone and will be presented to you clearly before any payment is requested.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message, and you may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. All content on this Site and in the Materials — including text, videos, graphics, logos, the name “The Ripple Effect,” and the ripple mark — is owned by or licensed to me and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from the Materials without prior written permission.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or companies, including MPG. I do not control and am not responsible for third-party content, products, policies, or practices. Your dealings with any third party, including any purchase of MPG products or enrollment as an MPG distributor, are governed solely by that third party’s terms and policies.

I may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Materials at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
